Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, unfortunately we cannot hold an apartment before you apply. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Our security deposits do change from time to time and we often offer move-in specials. Typically we require first month's rent and Security Deposit, which includes a $199 Non refundable refurbish fee. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years of age. -
Is the deposit refundable?
There is a portion of the Security Deposit that is non refundable. The refunded portion will also depend on the condition you return the apartment in. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Please call our office if you feel you need a co-signer and we will review our policy with you. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Contact our office and our exceptional team will walk you through the process! -
How do I pay rent?
We offer a variety of payment methods but suggest all residents pay electroncially through our Rent Manager Software. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
We are very pet friendly! But we do have restrictions on pet type (no exotic pets), pet limit, and breed. We do charge a non refundable deposit per pet and monthly pet fees. Call for details. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If you even need any type of changes to your living situation, please contact our office and we will do our best to meet your needs. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Just let our office know of your intentions, either to stay or to vacate your apartment. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
In general, we do rely on you for reporting mainenance issues in your unit, we will repair them for you and you will not be charged, unless there is evidence of intent/damage.
